摘要
精浆锌元素缺乏与男性不育症和慢性前列腺炎有关，口服含锌药物的治疗效果不肯定。我们采用直肠内锌离子导入法，治疗４２例男性不育症和慢性前列腺炎，观察发现精浆内锌含量明显增高，与对照组比较差异有显著性．该法可提高男性不育症和慢性前列腺炎的治愈率．
It is proved that masculine in fertility and chronic prostatitis are related to the lack of zinc element. Generally, oral zinc cannot recieve the satisfactory effect.We used the Zn-iontophoresis by rectum to treat 42 patients with masculine infertility and chronic prostatitis. The Zn content in sperm was apparently raised after treatment. Compared with the control group, there was a obvious difference.The result shows that this method is beneficial to improvement of masculine infertility and chronic proststitis.
