恒定磁场对家兔坐骨神经损伤后修复作用的观察 被引量:17

摘要 实验家兔随机分为两组,以同法造成左后肢上段坐骨神经SeddonⅡ度损伤,造模后将片厚1mm,直径6mm,表面磁感应强度0.2T钕铁硼磁片在无菌条件下埋入被损伤神经皮下对应处,连续作用7、14、21和28天,对照组除不埋磁片外,其余条件与实验组相同,实验毕处死家兔,各取坐骨神经组织0.8~1.0cm,超薄切片,电镜观察。结果证明,恒定磁场能使有髓神经髓鞘、轴索在短时间内恢复正常,神经水肿消失,并对周围神经机械性损伤修复有明显的促进作用。 24 rabbits, whose sciatic nerves of left hind leg had been injuried mechanically, were randomly allocated into the treatment group and control group averagely. The animals of the treatment group were treated with a piece of magnet of Nd-Fe-B(0. 2T) implanted to subcutaneous tissues at the injuried site. The same procedure was conducted in the control group except non-magnetic field. All the animals were sacrificed after the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day of treatment and were observed by electron microscope. The result showed that, in the magnetic group, the edema of injuried nerve tissues disappeared quickly, the damaged myelinated sheath and their axons recovered easily. It is suggested that the magnetic field could promote the repairing of nerve injuries.
