冷疗法治疗偏头痛77例

Cryotherapy for 77 Cases with Migraine

采用冷疗法治疗偏头痛77例有效率95％，发作控制率58％，与应用去痛片治疗77例有效率90％、发作控制率39％比较，两组有效率差异无显著性（P＞0．05），而发作控制率差异有显著性（P＜0．05），结果表明，冷疗法近期疗效佳，可减轻头痛发作的频度和程度，改善脑血流图波幅值及两侧波幅的左右对称度，无创伤，无药物毒副反应。

The paper reports the effect of cryotherapy on migraine. 77 cases with migraine were managed with cryotherapy, they received the effective rate of 95% and the controlled rate of 58% for sudden onset. Another 77 cases as a contrast group were treated with drug (Suomitong) obtaining the effective rate of 90% and the controlled rate of 39% for sudden onset. Compared with both groups, there was a significant difference (P＜0. 05) in sudden onset control, but no difference was seen in the effective rate. It showed that the short effect of cryotherapy to migraine was excellent.The amplitude of cerebral hemorrheology was also improved. The method is a non-invasive therapy without any side effect.
