摘要
用3.1J/cm2、9.4J/cm2、25.0J/cm2和49.9J/cm2剂量的He-Ne激光分别辐照人外周血。应用酶细胞化学方法显示淋巴细胞内酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)反应物,并用图象分析系统对ANAE反应物作定量分析.结果表明,3.1J/cm2辐照组的酶反应物颗粒数目、颗粒面积、颗粒面积与细胞面积比值和颗粒积分光密度4项参数值与对照组比较无明显变化;9.4J/cm2辐照组的四项参数值明显增高;25.0J/cm2辐照组的四项参数值进一步增高;49.gJ/cm2辐照组的四项参数值较25.0J/cm2辐照组明显降低。提示适当剂量的He-Ne激光能激活人淋巴细胞内的ANAE,提高机体的免疫功能。
The human peripheral blood was irradiated by 3.1J/cm2,9.4J/cm2,25.0J/cm2 and 49.9J/cm2 of HeNe laser respectively,Generally, the enzyme cytochemistry method may show the reactant of acid a-naphthyl acetate esterase(ANAE)of lymphocytes.Using the image analysis system,the ANAE reactant was quantitative analysis. The result showed that granule number,granule area,ratio of granule area and cell area,granule integral optical density in enzyme reactant with 3.1J/cm2 of He-Ne laser irradiation were not different when compared with the control group.But the these parameters in 9. 4J/cm2 and 25.0J/cm2 of He-Ne laser irradiation were obviously increased.The study indicates that the He-Ne laser with appropriate dose may activate the ANAE of lymphocytes in human,raise the human immunologic function,It is important to select the proper laser dose in clinical practice.
