雪莲注射液在疼痛治疗中的实验研究及临床应用

Experimental study and clinical application of injectio saussurer Involuerata kar. et kin for relief of Pain

研究了雪莲注射液在疼痛治疗中的动物实验并进行了临床疗效观察，与康宁克通Ａ组比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。将雪莲注射液通过导管注入１５只健康成年犬的硬膜外腔，每天一次，每次４ｍｌ，连续７天；另将２０只健康成年兔一侧坐骨神经暴露，喷上雪莲注射液１ｍｌ后缝合切口。两月后按光、电镜要求，进行取材。光、电镜结果表明，雪莲注射液对犬、兔的脊髓、坐骨神经无病理学改变。并进行了临床疗效观察，用雪莲注射液对６０例肩周炎和４０例腰腿痛患者分别进行肩胛上神经阻滞和腰大肌沟阻滞，效果良好，与康宁克通Ａ组比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），可用于疼痛治疗。

No striking difference was observed between injectic Saussure involucrata kar. et kin and kenacort A(P>0. 05)for paincure experiment on animals,4ml Injectio Saussurt Involucrata Kar. et Kin were injected into the epidural space of 15 dogs once a day and successively for a week. Expose one side of the sciatic nerve of 20 rabbits,sprayed with 1 ml Injectic Saussure Involucrata Kat. et Kin and the wounds were sutured. Light and electronic microscopic examinations were performed two months later. The findings showed that injectic Saussure Involucrata Kar. et Kin induced no pathological alteration of the spinal cord or the sciatic nerve. Sixty scapulohumeral periarthritis patients treated with injectic Saussure Incolucrata Kar. et Kin for blocking suprascapular nerve,and 40 lumbago or sciatica patients used the same injections through greater psoas muscle sulcus. The clinical results were good with striking difference (P>0. 05) as compared with the patients treated with Kenacort A. It is concluded that the injectic Saussurer in volucrata Kar. et Kin can be used instead of hormones for the management of pain syndromes.
