硬膜外阻滞剖宫产术对产妇及胎儿血管紧张素Ⅰ、Ⅱ和醛固酮的影响 被引量:2

Effects of epidural anesthesia on maternal and fetal plasma angiotensin I, angiotensin II and aldosterone levels during caesarean section.

摘要 观察20例硬膜外阻滞行剖宫产术的产妇及胎儿对血浆内血管紧张素I(AI),血管紧张素Ⅱ(A Ⅱ)和醛固酮(AL)的影响。发现母体在胎儿娩出及术毕时与麻醉前相比,AI、A Ⅱ和 AL均无统计学的改变(P>0.05)。表明硬膜外阻滞能有效地抑制手术伤害性刺激所致的应激反应,这对产妇及胎儿可能是有益的。 The plasma angiotensin I(AI),angiotensin II (All)and aldosterone (AL)levels in healthy 20 parturient women and their fetuses during caesarean section under epidural anesthesia,were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results demonstrated that as compared with the preoperative plasma levels of Al, A and AL,there were not significant differences in the maternal ones after immediate delivery and at the end of caesarean section (P>0. 05),and the neonatal ones,which were the plasma levels in the umbilical vein and artery, didn't alter markedly (P> 0. 05 ). It's suggested that epidural anesthesia can effectively depresse the stress responses to caesarean section,and be helpful to parturient woman and the fetus.
