摘要
应用免疫组化技术对32例膀胱癌,12例BCG灌注前后及10例正常人膀胱和癌组织中的纤维连接蛋白(Fn)分布进行了观察。结果显示:正常膀胱组织中Fn分布于基底膜及粘膜下组织,上皮层无Fn;膀胱癌中基底膜Fn有不同程度丧失,分化差,浸润癌中基底膜Fn丧失明显;BCG灌注后,膀胱粘膜中基底膜Fn裸露,基膜Fn增多。
To investigate the distribution of Fn in bladder cancer and its change in bladder mucosa after intravesical instillation of BCG,32 specimens of bladder cancer,12 samples of bladder mucosa before and after in stillation of BCG were evaluated by an immuno peroxidase assay with 10 normal cases served as controls. Fn was observed at the basement membrance (BM Fn) and submucosa in the normal bladder tissue, while in bladder cancer,there was different degree of BM Fn loss which was closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation and the depth of tumor invasion,the poorer the tumor differentiation or the deeper the tumor invasion, the more the loss of BM Fn.After intravesical instillation of BCG, a loss of epithelium resulting in an exposure of BM Fn and an apparent incerase of BM Fn were observed in the bladder mucosa.The relationship between Fn distribution and intravesical BCG therapy was discussed.
