前列腺增生症微波热疗远期疗效分析

A long-term follow-up study of BPH patients treated with microwave hyperthermia

报告前列腺生症（ＢＰＨ）微波热疗后满２年的１５５例患者回顾性分析。１３４例症状型ＢＰＨ患者目前仍维持主观疗效者仅有２４例（１７．９％，Ｍａｄｓｅｎ积分）。最大尿流率和膀胱剩余尿较治疗前有改善者分别为９例（９．３％）和１１例（９．４％）。２１例慢性尿潴留患者微波热疗后现在仍能自行排尿者（膀胱剩余尿少于５０ｍｌ）为５例（２３．８％）。１２６例治疗失败或复发的患者中，重复热疗者２１例（１６．７％），改服药物治疗者３６例（２８．６％），行手术治疗者（开放手术或ＴＵＲＰ）９例（７．１％），采用其它治疗者（激光，支架等）５例（３．９％）。本组病例未发现尿道狭窄及尿失禁等并发症。患者对该项治疗的主观评价为满意者５３例（３４．２％），可以者４８例（３１％），不满意者５４例（３４．８％）。

A two-year follow-up study of 155 BPH patients treated with microwave hyperthermia was evaluated.All but 24 were subjectively improved as evaluated by the Madsen's score.Of the 93 cases, improvement in MFR was observed in 9.3% and a lessening of urine retention in 9.90% of 117 cases.21 patients(16.7%)needed repeated hyperthermia and 36 (28. 6 %) further medical care. 9 underwent surgery(open or TURP)and 5 (3.9 %) some other modalities such as laser,stent,etc.On questionaire,53 (34.2%) were satisfactory with hyperthermia and 48(31%) claimed acceptable. Apparent failure occurred in 54 (34.8%).No significent long-term complication has been observed .
