摘要
近１１年来分别采用开放性和闭合性手术方式治疗后尿道瘢痕狭窄或闭锁１７８例．除２例８岁儿童和２例成人外，１７４例恢复尿道连续性，排尿情况满意，就手术方式的选用和主要并发症的处理进行了讨论．
patients with cicatricial stricture or obturation of the posterior urethra were treated in the recent 11 years with open and/or endourologic surgery and 174(97.7%)have had smooth micturition. The choice of surgical technique and the treatment of complications were discussed in detail.
