血液透析用钛轮钉血管吻合术四年临床总结

A 4 years experience on vessel anastomosis with titanium wheel nail for hemodialysis patieuts

报告近四年内１００例次血液透析患者使用钛轮钉内瘘术的情况，钛轮钉使用口径为２．０，２．５，３．０ｍｍ，吻合成功率９５％，早期使用率４８％。血流量达１５０～３００ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ。早期使用的患者血管通道寿命与标准时间使用者未见明显差异。

A 4 years experience on vessel anastomosis with Ti wheel nail in 100 hemodialysis patients was presented.The dismeters of the wheel nail were 2.0mm,2. 5mm and 3.0mm. The success rate of the vessel anastomosis was 95% and the blood flow volume approached 150￣300ml/min.No sifnificant difference has been observed between the early stage fistula and the conventional ones.The technical essentials were discussed.
