输尿管疾病的超声诊断

Ultrasound diagnosis of ureteric diseases

采用超声检查方法诊断１４４１例输尿管疾病。其中，输尿管结石１３３２例，肾盂输尿管连结部狭窄４６例，输尿管开口囊肿２６例，重复肾盂和重复输尿管合并输尿管开口异位１６例，巨输尿管症９例，腔静脉后输尿管３例，输尿管息肉３例，输尿管癌６例。超声检查与手术和其它Ｘ线检查对照组结果表明，超声诊断输尿管疾病的符合率为９８．５％，本组病例中没有假阳性。对超声诊断输尿管疾病的价值和介入性超声在输尿管疾病的诊断与治疗中的作用等方面进行讨论。

The ultrasound diagnosis of ureteric diseases was retrospectively evaluated.In a series of 1 441 cases.there were 1 332 ureterolith,46 ureteropelvic junction pelvis with ectopia of the ureteral orifice,9 megaureter,3 retrocaval ureter,3uredteral polyp and 6 carcinoma of the ureter.The diagnosis was all ascertained on operation and IVP.The ultrasound diagnostic accuracy has been 98.5% with no false positive result.The role of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ureteric diseases was discussed.
