上尿路移行细胞癌β_2－微球蛋白表达的意义

The clinical significance of β_2-microglobulin expression in upper urinary tract transitional cell carcinoma

５３例上尿路移行细胞癌β２－Ｍ表达免疫组织化学检测发现，随着肿瘤分级的上升，组织β２－Ｍ表达率渐降低至完全丧失表达．本组完全丧失表达占３０．２％（１６／５３），分级间β２－Ｍ有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）．随访显示，移行细胞癌β２－Ｍ阳性者５年生存率为６３％，阴性者为３７％，两者有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）．研究提示，细胞表面β２－Ｍ表达可作为上尿路移行细胞癌的一种分化标志，可能是判断预后的一个重要指标．

Expression of β_2-microglobulin(β_2-M)was investigated in 53 cases of human upper urinary tract transitional cell carcinoma using immunohistochemical technique. The results showed that with rising of the tumor grade, the cell surface β_2-M expression reduced,even to be lost completely, In this study,the malignant cell β_2-M expression losing difference among β_2-M expression of the transitional cell carcinoma grades(P<0.05). This study suggested the expression of cell surface β_2-M may be used as a differentiation marker in upper tract transitional cell carcinoma, and may be a important marker of judging prognosis
