摘要
用SD大鼠肝细胞原代培养研究了CsA及山莨菪碱对肝细胞膜的影响。不同剂量的CsA及山莨菪碱加入培养液,培养8、24小时后取上清培养液测丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),发现CsA使肝细胞膜对ALT、AST及LDH通透性增加,而山莨菪碱可部分拮抗此作用。
The effect of CsA and anisodamine on the membranes of hepatocytes were studied in primary cultures of rat hepatocytes. Various doses of CsA and anisodamine were added into the medium.After 8 and 24 hours of culture,the ALT,AST,ALP and LDH of the medium were assayed. The results showed that CsA increassed the efflux of ALT, AST and LDH and anisodamine could partly attenuated the effect.
