缓退瘤治疗前列腺癌（附32例报告）

Flutamide in the treatment of prostatic cancer(report of 32 cases)

从１９９３年６月至１９９４年１２月，用缓退瘤（ｆｌｕｔａｍｉｄｅ）治疗经组织病理学确诊的前列腺癌病人３２例。确诊后２９例作手术去势，２例药物（ＬＨ－ＲＨ衍生物）去势，１例前列腺膀胱根治性切除＋睾丸切除。３２例中有８例已有１～４处远隔转移。３１例获得显著效果，１例获得较好效果。副作用有恶心１例，肝功轻微受损减量后恢复正常１例，无乳房女性化。

From June,1993 to Dec.1994,32 cases of pathologically verified prostatic cancer have been treated with flutamide,29 patients have been castrated,2 managed by LH-RH derivatives and radical cysto-prostate-ctomy with castration has been undertaken In l.1～4metastatic foci have already been detected in 8 patients.The therapeutic effect flutamide has been obvious in 3l and quite good in l.Side effects included nausea in l and slight derangement of hepatic function in another,but being returned to normal after reduction of the dose.No adverse effect on breasts has been observed.
