阳萎治疗的选择与评价

Evaluation of various methods in treating erectile dysfunction

３２５例阳萎患者采用多种治疗方法，观察其疗效进行比较与评价。口服药物总显效率仅为１５％。静脉性阳萎手术远期疗效仅２８．１％，动脉性阳萎远期疗效为５０％。自我海绵体内注射前列腺素Ｅ１（ＰＧＥ１）２５例，均可达到较满意性交，无副作用，远期疗效尚需观察。真空缩窄环装置适用于老年或血管病变严重者。口服药物适用于轻度阳萎患者。ＰＧＥ１自我注射见效快，常可使部分患者免除手术之苦，已成为阳萎治疗的重要手段并可同时辅以口服药物及真空缩窄环装置。手术治疗远期效果不确切，应慎用。

Three hundred and twenty-five patients with impotence were treated in various ways including oral medication,vasoactive drug intracavernosa pharmacologlcal injection,VCD and surgery-The successful outcome of oral medication was only 15%.Long-term folow-up of surgery showed 28.l～50% success rates ,and 38 men using PGE,achieved an autoinjection successful outcome of 65.7%.We suggest that PCE1 is an available and effective first line drug for treatment of impotence.VCD is suitable in aged men or severe vasculogenesis impotence.Since successful rates are questionable,we will study further in future.
