摘要
采用压电型体外冲击波碎石机治疗各类尿石症患者２０５７例，其中包括各段输尿管结石均能原位碎石，对较大的肾鹿角样结石或较大的输尿管结石，应结合腔内泌尿外科技术并分次治疗，效果较好。就体外冲击波碎石术治疗尿石症的适应证及合并症问题进行了讨论。
urolithiasis patients were treated with piezoelectric lithotripter.Ureteral calculi no matter where located could be fragmented in situ.Large ureteral stones or staghorn kidney stones should be managed in several sessions,supplemented by endourological techniques if necessary.Indications and complications of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy were discussed in detail.
