抑癌基因P16在膀胱肿瘤中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of suppressor gene P16 on human bladder carcinoma

应用Ｓ－Ｐ免疫组织化学方法对５３例膀胱肿瘤中抑癌基因Ｐ１６进行了研究。结果显示：４９例膀胱移行细胞癌Ｐ１６表达的阳性率为４４．９０％，其阳性率在肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期及预后等方面差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示Ｐ１６在抑制膀胱肿瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用。

cases of bladder carcinoma were studied by S-P immunohistocheminal technique(IHC).The results showed that the positive rates of P16 were 44.90% in 49 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma,their positive rates being significantly different with different pathological grading,clinical staging and prognosis 1111of the carcinoma(P<0.05).It suggests that P16played an important role in suppressing the genesis and the develepment of bladder carcinoma.
