摘要
研讨了■烯雌酚对锯缘青蟹幼蟹的存活,摄食和生长蜕壳的影响。结果表明:■■■■量(2μg/g■d)的已烯雌酚能促进幼蟹的蜕壳,提高日摄食量,但仅注身已烯雌酚■■■幼蟹的■,■低摄食量、且存活率随着剂量加大和注射间隔时间的缩短而下的。■■■■克含有14和18μg已烯雌酚的饵料对幼蟹的生长有明显的促进作用。
The influences of diethylstilbestrol on the survival, feeding intensity and molting of juvenile mud crab, Scylla serrata, were studied. The results showed that molting and feeding were promoted for the bilateral eyestalk ablating juveniles when low dose of diethylstilbestrol (2 μg/g·7days) was injected, but depressed for those only injected diethylstilbestrol and the survival rate decreased with the increase of dose or the curtailment of the injection interval. Feeding with 14 or 18μg diethylstilbestrol per gram diet per 3 days, the growth was accelerated obviously.
