摘要
对高碘甲状腺肿小鼠的甲状腺组织进行了形态学观察和体视学测量,并测定了血中甲状腺激素含量及肝脱碘酶活性。结果表明:高碘引起甲状腺腺体重量增加;甲状腺滤泡腔扩张,滤泡上皮细胞扁平,其内线粒体减少,细胞数及细胞间毛细血管均减少;血T_4增高,T_3降低,肝5’-脱碘酶活性降低。由此认为:高碘甲状腺肿是因高碘抑制甲状腺激素释放,使甲状腺滤泡内胶质增多、滤泡扩张、甲状腺肿大。同时,高碘抑制肝5’-脱碘酶,使血T_4增高、T_3降低。
This experiment was designed
to perform morphological observation and stereological analysis on the thyroid tissue of mice
fedwilh lodine-excess water, and measure the level of thyroid hormones in blood and activity of
deiodinases in liver. The resultsshowed that excess iodine caused (l)increase of thyroid weight,
(2) expansion of follicular cavities and flattening of epithelialcell,(3) increase of the volume of
sticky niatter in thyroid follicles and decrease of thyroid cell number, (4) decrease of
mitochon-drin in epithelial cells and decrease of capillary among the epithelial cells, (5)
increase of blood level of T_4,decrease of T_3, and de-crease of actlvity of 5’-D in liver.
Based on above results, we thought excess iodine could inhibit the release of thyroid
hormonesfrom thyroid.cause expansion of follicular cavities resulting in goiter. Meanwhile,
excess iodine could inhibit 5’-D,increase in T,and decrease in T_3.
