血管紧张素Ⅰ转换酶基因与中国人冠心病、糖尿病及高血压的关系 被引量:25

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ANGIOTENSINⅠCONVERTING ENZYME GENE AND CORONARY HEART DISEASE,DIABETES MELLITUS AND HYPERTENSION IN CHINESE

摘要 在冠心病(CHD)、非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)及特发性高血压(HTN)呈不同组合的231例中国人中研究血管紧张素Ⅰ转换酶(ACE)基因与此三种疾病的关系,发现:(1)ACE基因与中国人CHD关联;(2)此种关联表现于ACE基因插入/缺失(I/D)型多态中DD、DD+DI基因型及D等位基因频率在CHD中显著增高;(3)中国人普通群体中呈DD型者发生CHD风险率为Ⅱ型的9倍;(4)在中国人中ACE基因与CHD的关联是一种普遍存在情况,此种关联亦见于HTN或NIDDM合并CHD中,亦即HTN或NIDDM患者ACE基因I/D基因多态呈DD型者易合并CHD;(5)ACE基因I/D多态是中国人CND发病独立风险因素。 The relationship between angiotensinⅠconverting erzyme (ACE)gene and coronary heart disease(CHD),non-insulin depen-dent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)and essential hypertension (HTN)was investigated in 231 Chinese subjects with different combi-nations of these diseases. The results showed that:1)ACE gene was associated with CHD in Chinese;2)it was characterized by asignificant increase in the frequencies of DD, DD+DI genotypes and D allele of an insertion/deletion(I/D)polymorphism of ACEgene; 3)the risk for the development of CHD in individuals with DD genotype was nine times higher than those with II genotype ingeneral population; 4)the association of ACE gene and CHD was an universal phenomenon in Chinese. Such association was alsoobserved in HTN or NIDDM patients with CHD,i.e. NIDDM or HTN patients with DD genotype were more likely to developCHD; 5)the I/D polymorphism of ACE gene was an independent risk factor for CHD in Chinese.
