扩张型心肌病抗ADP／ATP转运蛋白抗体的动态观察及临床意义

DYNAMIC OBSERVATION AND SIGNAFICANCE OF AUTOANTIBODY AGAINST ADP/ATP CAP-RIER IN DILATED CARDIOMYOPATHY

应用间接微固相放射免疫法动态观察４８例扩张型心肌病患者体内的抗心肌线粒体内膜ＡＤＰ／ＡＴＰ转运蛋白自身抗体。发现早期病程的扩张型心肌病患者抗体阳性率较晚期患者明显升高，抗体持续时间较短，其效价变化与心功能无明显相关，但特异性很强，风心病、冠心病及健康成人中未检出此抗体。表明抗ＡＤＰ／ＡＴＰ转运蛋白抗体的检测在扩张型心肌病发病机理研究、早期诊断及治疗方面可能具有重要价值。

he presence anddynamic change of autoantithey againstADP/ATPcarrier in patients with diated cardiomyopathy( DCM)was studied by using indirect micro-solid-phase radioimmunoassay.A significant antibOdy titre was present in 1 6 of 48 DCM patients and most of them were in early stage of the direase.The titre of anti-ADP/ATP carrier antibody in DCM patients decreaced gradually in a follow-up peried of three months. The titre of this antibody in the serum from patients with coronary and rheumatic heart d s-case were withhnormal limits. Anti-ADP/ATP carrier antibocly ay play an important role in the pamo-genesis,diagosis and treatment of DCM。
