50~60年代生产的光谱仪器一般不具备数据处理及贮存功能,且操作麻烦,精确度较差,但其主体光学系统一般仍能满足分析的要求。本文中将电子学性能不够稳定、样品和参比通道电信号平衡能力差的SP700的扫描单色器,单点读数式的QR50的浸反射附件等与AppleⅡ微机联成一体,组成一套波段范围广(54000~2800 cm^(-1))、
The on-line system consists of SP 700 monochromater, QR 50 diffuse reflectance accesory and Apple I.The microcomputer program is written in BASIC and MECHINERY languages,and can be used to record the absorption and diffuse reflectance spectra from 54000 to 2800 cm-1 regions. Experimental results have shown that the system has great improvement in data processing function,data reliability and easy to operate in comparison with the old one.
