乳腺癌保留乳房治疗的临床研讨

Conservative surgery and radiation therapy in thetreatment of operable breast cancer

作者自１９８５年至１９９４年１２月行乳腺癌保留乳房治疗共５３例。随访３年以上的４５例中，Ⅰ期２２例，Ⅱ期２３例，３年无瘤生存率为９５．６％。随访５年者３４例，３２例无瘤生存（包括１例局部复发又行全乳切除术者），生存率为９４．１％。３年局部复发率为６．７％，５年局部复发率为８．８％。作者认为：选择部分Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌病例行保留乳房方案的治疗是可行的。

AbstractForty-five patients with breast cancer were treatedin our hospital by conservative surgery and radiationtherapy from 1985 to 1994.There were 22 patients instage Ⅰ and 23 in stage Ⅱ.All the patients were re-ceived breast-preserved operation including segmentalresection and axillary node dissection,Routine postop-erative irradiation was given to the patients with orwithout regional lymphatic melastasis。 The indicationsof chemotherapy and endocrinotherapy were as same asthose of Halsted′s radical mastectomy.The duration offollowing-up was 3～5years. The 5-year local recur-rence was 8.8%。 The 5-year OS was 94.1%,and DFS94.1%。
