1 ESR谱与浓度的猝灭关系 为了进一步证实我们在文献[1]提出的浓度猝灭机理,观察了一组在870℃灼烧、不同浓度的ZnS:Mn,Cu DCEL粉末样品的ESR谱(与[1]中Fig.1基本相似),
The ESR apectra of DCEL ZnS: Mn, Cu powder samples were studied and the luminescence intensities of the samples were detected. The ESR parameters had certain corresponding relation luminescence intensity. The main factor of the luminescence concentration quenching was suggested. The dependence of ESR parameters luminescence characteristic on the firing temperature and annealing of the samples was discussed.
