摘要
应用不同剂量的N_2激光辐照钝齿棒状杆菌,探讨其对细胞的生物学效应及其在微生物育种中的应用。结果表明,N_2 激光对细胞的生理生化和遗传特性有明显的诱变效应,效应强度因辐照剂量的不同而不同。16 min以下剂量的辐照组,其细胞的生长速度、呼吸强度、酶活力、细胞膜透性及主要代谢产物谷氨酸的生物合成量均比对照组有不同程度的提高。其中以辐照12 min的效果最好,谷氨酸产量比对照组提高28.8%。说明激光引起的诱变效应可用于微生物的良种选育。
The biological effects of laser irradiation on the cells of Cory nebacterium crenatum were studied.Experimental results show that it is evident for N2 laser to induce the cells to change their physiology, biochemistry and genetics characters. The effects are different, depending on laser irradiation dosage. For the cells of irradiated groups with doses below 13 minutes, their growth speed,respiration intensity,enzyme activity, cytomembrane permeability, and yield of the main metabolic product-glutamic acid were all higher than those of the check group.Among groups of different irradiation dosages the 12-minute dose one had the best results, and the yield of glutamic acid was 28.8% higher than that of the check group.This indicates that lasar induced mutation could be a useful method in the microbial breeding.
