摘要
用薄层电池-液相色谱电分析新技术研究了四种染料中间体;对苯二胺、对甲苯胺、甲茶胺、二苯胺的混合体系的连续分离和检测。以甲醇0.04 mol/l H_3BO_3-H_3PO_4-NaOAC(pH 6.4)=70:30(体积比)的溶液为流动相,流速为0.60 ml/min。设样体积为1cμl测得的最低限量为 5~7 ppb。其相对标准偏差为±0.15% 工作曲线线性范围 1××10^(-4)mol/l~2×10^(-7)mol/l。整个分离检测在14 min内完成,方法回收率95~104%。
The separation and determination of a mixed System containing four dye intermediates were studied by electroanalytical technique of thin-layer cell and high performance liquid chromatography. The dye intermediates used were p phenylene diamine, p-toluidine,(?)-naphthylamine, and dip-henylamine. The mixed solution of mashanol and H3BO3-H3PO4-NaAc(0.04, mol/1, pH 6.4)=79:39 (volume) was selected as the flux-phase, with a flow rate of is 0.6 ml/min. The resalt showed that for 10μl of sample introduced the precision is 0.15%, the range of working curve is 10-4-10-7 mol/l and the recovery is 95-194%,Only 14 min. are required for completing the separation and determination. The analytical method and technique is rapid and accuracy, which can be used in the separation and determination of trace organic mixtures.
