摘要
茴香醛有很强的抗真菌活性,而且抗菌谱广,实验用18种46株真菌MIC为0.039-1.25mg/ml,MFC为0.156-5.0mg/ml。^3H-TdR掺入法试验显示为白念珠菌核酸代谢有显著抑制作用,且随浓度增高而增强。
This article reports the results of antimycotic action of Anisaldehyde in vitro and treatment of patients with dermatophytosis. Anisaldehyde showed a marked antimycotic action against 18 common pathogenic fungi,the MIC ranged from 0. 039-1. 25mg/ml and MFC 0. 156- 5.0mg/ml. By the method of incorporation with ~3H-TdR, we observed the inhibitory effects of anisaldehyde on nucleic acid metabolism of Candida albicans,the higher the concentration, the stronger the inhibition was,showing the same effect as ketoconazole. Observation by SEM showed that the shape of C. albicans. was changed and the cell wall was destroyed by anisaldehyde. 5% anisaldehyde tincture was applied to the patients. with dermatophytosis,the cure rate was 74. 26 %.
