Studies on the purging of leukemic cells by dibutyl phthelate in Vitro

邻苯二甲酸正丁酯在体外对多种白血病细胞具有抑制作用。在液体培养体系中，邻苯二甲酸正丁酯可选择性清除白血病祖细胞，而不影响正常造血细胞的生长，证明邻苯二甲酸正丁酯是一种有效可靠的体外净化剂，可用于临床白血病患者的骨髓体外净化。

Dibutyl phthelate(DBP)showed preferential suppression on the growth of several kinds of leukemic cells.It could eliminate the leukemic cells.but had little effect on the growth of normal hematopoietic progenitors in li quid culture system.It is suggested that DBP may be an effective purging agent and can be used in bone marrow purging for allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.
