厦门港试验挂板上附着硅藻研究

摘要 文中分析了厦门港杉木挂板(月、季板)上附着硅藻的周年(1986-12~1987-11)样品,同时进行了附着初期演替试验。共鉴定出附着硅藻80种和变种,隶属31属,优势种为多枝舟形藻(Navicula ramosissima)和狭窄双眉藻(Amphora angusta),附着量年高峰出现在秋季9月,为2×10~6个/cm^2;演替过程试验表明:水中附着的种类(舟形藻属(Navicula),双眉藻属(Amphora)先于竖直附着的种类(菱形藻属(Nitzschia)、针杆藻属(Synedra))附着,附着量在7~14 d之间递增幅度最大。 From the December of 1986 to the November of 1987, ecological study of attached diatoms on artificial substrata (wood) were carried out mon thly and seasonly in Xiamen Harbour, Fujian Province, China. Meanwhile the colonization of diatom on artificial substrata was studied. Eighty species ano varieties were identified. Amphora angusta, A. coffeaeformis and Navicula-ramosissima were dominant species, the peak of abundance occured in Septe mber(2×106cells/cm2). The colonization of diatom on artificial substrata sho wed that the horizontally positional species (Such as Amphora, Achnanthessand Navicula) appeared before the vertically positional species (Such as Nit-zschia and synedra).
