摘要
作者对１３５３例精神分裂症住院病人的用药状况进行了调查。与作者１９８６年的调查相比，１９９３年氯丙嗪、氟哌啶醇等经典抗精神病药的使用率显著下降，氯氮平、舒必利等非经典抗精神病药的使用率显著上升；氯氮平的使用率已居所有用药之首（７６．７％）。药物剂量和合并用药率明显下降。抗胆碱药的预防性应用虽有显著减少，但仍高达５２．８％。上述现象是在７年前调查结果基础上的进一步发展。
Abstract: The status of clinical use of antipsychotic drugs in 1 353 cases of schizophrenic inpatients was investigated. Compared with the antipsychotic drugs used in 1986, there were significant decreases in 1993 in the use rates of classical drugs, such as chlorpromazine, haloperidol,and so on, but marked increases in the use rates of non-classical ones, such as clozapine, sulpiride, and so on occurred in the same year.The use rate of clozapine had already ranked the first place (76.7%)among all antipsychotics during the same period. The doses and the combination rates of neuroleptics in 1993 were significantly lower than those in 1986. In 1993 the preventive use of anticholinergic drugs was 52.8%,which was significantly lower than that used in 1986. These findings suggested that there had been continued developments and changes of ideas in the clinical use of antipsychotic drugs on the basis of the results of the previous investigation which had been made 7 years ago.
