事件相关电位N_(400)与精神分裂症

N_(400) component of event-related potentials and schizophrenia

摘要 作者对23例服药精神分裂症和20例未服药精神分裂症及20例正常受试者,记录事件相关电位N_(400)。受试者均接受视觉词意分类作业。结果显示,精神分裂症组N_(400)波幅较对照组低,潜伏期延长30~100ms。随病情好转,精神分裂症N_(400)波幅逐渐增大,其潜伏期缩短。而未服药组N_(400)波波幅更小且形状不规则,潜伏期延长50~100ms。精神分裂症组N_(400)潜伏期与阴性症状评定量表得分呈正相关。精神分裂症组N_(400)与抗精神病药物剂量无关。精神分裂症组N_(400)地形图显示以左颞叶不活跃,提示精神分裂症病人有左颞叶结构的异常。 Abstract:23 medicated and 20 non-medicated schizophrenics as well as 20 normal subjects were recorded for N_(400)component of event-related potentials.The semantic categorization task (visual)was carried out in each test. The results showed that there were decreased N_(400) were amplitudes and prolong from 30 ms to 100 ms in N_(400) latency in medicated schizophrenics in comparison to the normal group. Irregular N_(400)wavefrom might be found in non-medicated schizophrenics, which indicated the schizophrenics could not create the right expectancy to little priming. The N_(400)latency was in positive correlation with the SANS score in schizophrenia,N_(400) mapping demonstrated that there were no N_(400) activities in the left temple lobes which suggested that there were probably abnormal structural changes in the left temple lobes in the schizophrenics.
