摘要
致死量有机磷农药中毒后迟发性神经病12例患者,肌电图均出现失神经电位;12例中运动传导速度减慢者9例,3例病情严重者未诱发出电位;而感觉传导速度仅1例轻度减慢。肌肉电镜显示:肌纤维萎缩、断裂、溶解,供给肌细胞能量的线粒体空泡化,符合神经源性肌萎缩的特点。因此可见,有机磷农药中毒后迟发性神经病,主要病变位于运动神经系统,可产生典型神经性肌萎缩。
Abstract:This article reported 1 2 patients withdelayed neuropathy after intake of lethat dose of organic phosphorus pesticide.Electromyographic test all presented denervation potential; nine of 1 2 cases had reduced motor conductive velocity, the other 3 severe cases showed no response, but only one case had reduced sensory conductive velocity. Most of the skeletal muscle showed atrophy, splitting and lysis of myofibril in electron-microscopic study and mitochondria in connection with energy supply for cells were vacuolated, as resulted in the feature of neurogenic muscle atrophy. It proves that main pathological changes of delayed neuropathy subsequent to organic phosphorus pesticide were in moter nerves and it could result in typical neurogenic muscle atrophy.
