后颅窝血管畸形

Arteriovenous malformations of the posterior fossa

１９８０～１９９０年收治的３２例后颅窝血管畸形，２９例经手术治疗。本组２０例有颅内出血，其中３例反复出血；１１例颅神经或小脑功能障碍。１４例血管畸形位于小脑半球，８例位于蚓部，５例位于桥脑小脑角，４例位于脑干。２９例手术中６例切除血管畸形同时吸除血肿；３例栓塞治疗。手术死亡率为３％，手术致残率６％。

Abstract During 1980～1990, 32 patients with arteriovenous malformations of the posterior fossa have been evaluated at the Department of Neurosurgery, Beijing Tiantan Hospital.29 cases underwent surgital treatment. 20 Patients presented with intracranial hemorrhage,which was recurrent in 3 cases, 11 patients revealed cranial nerves and cerebeilar deficits.14 cases of these AVM's were located in the cerebellar hemisphere, 8 cases within the vermis, 2 cases in the cerebellopontine angle, and 4 cases within the brain stem. Operative intervention was directed at primary resection in 29 cases. among which evacuation of hematoma in 6 cases. embolization in 3 cases. Operative mortality in this surgical series was 3%, with significant morbidity in 6%.
