表现神经纤维瘤病Ⅱ型的双侧小脑桥脑角肿瘤

Manifestation in bilateral cerebellopontine angle tumors with neurifibromatosis type 11

４５０例小脑桥脑角肿瘤中，发现４例表现神经纤维瘤病Ⅱ型的双侧小脑桥脑角肿瘤，１例的一侧肿瘤来自面神经，采用力求尽可能保存残余听力防止致残性耳聋的手术方案，对这些病人的手术与非手术处理进行了讨论。

Abstract In a series of 450 cases of cerebellopontine angle(CPA)tumors ,4 cases had bilateral neurinomas with neurifibromatosis typeⅡ.One of these tumors arose from the facial nerve.I adopted the surgical Protocol to preserve the residue hearing as far as posible to prevent disabled deaf.The patients dealing with operative and nonoperative are discussed.
