谷氨酰胺对严重烧伤猪肠道吸收功能的作用 被引量:3

Enhancement of gut absorptive function by early enter-al feeding enriched with L-glutamine in severe burnedminiswines

摘要 作者采用小型香猪烧伤模型,通过肠系膜下静脉、门静脉、髂动脉插管,结合门静脉血流量测定,动态观察了烧伤早期肠道营养液中加入谷氨酰胺(Gln)对肠道吸收功能的影响。动物随机分为Gln组(n=7)和N-Gln组(n=7)。结果显示:伤后第一天,肠道对葡萄糖、脂肪、氨基酸的吸收均明显降低(P<0.001),Gln组葡萄糖、氨基酸的吸收明显高于N-Gln组。伤后四天,Gln组对葡萄糖、脂肪、氨基酸的吸收明显恢复,N-Gln组升高缓慢。伤后七、十天Gln组吸收功能已达伤前水平,而N-Gln组仍明显低于伤前。提示肠道补充谷氨酰胺能明显促进烧伤后肠道吸收功能。 Abstract 14 miniswines(with multiple catheterization and30%TBSA full thickness burns)were randomly and e-qually divided into N-Gln group and GLN group. Ani-mals of GLN group were supplied with L-glutamine by0.64%/kg.dand N-GLN group received equal amountof non-glutamine amino acids. Portal venous blood flowand gut absorptions of glucose,amino acids as well asfat were determined on PBD(post burn day)1,4,7 and10.The results indicated that the gut absorption obvi-ously decreased in both group on PBD_1 ,but the ab-sorptions of glucose and amino acids were much higherin Gln group than that of N-Gln group(P<0.01).Theabsorptions of glucose,fat amino acids quickly in-creased in GIn group from PBD_4,and tended to reachthe preburn level on PBD7and PBD_(10) ,meanwhile N-Glngroup exhibited a slow increase of gut absorption. Theabsorptions of glucose, fat and amino acids were obvi-ously lower than those of preburn on PBD_7 and PBD_(10)(P<0.01),This result suggests that oral feeding ofglutamine improves efficiently the gut absorptive func-tion after severe burms.
