血小板活化因子及其受体拮抗剂对脊髓损伤后脊髓血流量的影响 被引量:4

Effects of platelet activating factor and platelet activat-ing factor receptor antagonist on spinal cord blood flowafter spinal cord injury

摘要 实验采用鞘内注射血小板活化因子(PAF)及静脉注射PAF受体桔抗剂BN_(52021),观察其对猫脊髓损伤后伤区和邻近脊髓(L_2~L_4)血流量及血浆血栓素B_2(TXB_2)、6-酮-前列腺素1α(6-keto-pGF_(1α))比值(T/K值)的影响。结果显示,PAF组L_2~L_4节段灰、白质血流量较单纯脊髓损伤组下降更为明显,T/K值明显升高。而BN_(52021)组L_2~L_4节段灰、白质血流量较单纯脊髓损伤组明显增加,T/K值显著降低。结果表明,PAF是导致脊髓损伤后血流量减少的重要因子,PAF受体桔抗剂BN_(52021)能明显改善脊髓损伤后脊髓血流量,减轻伤后继发性损害。 AbstractPlatelet activating factor (PAF) and PAF receptorantagonist BN_(52021) were respectively administered by in-trathecal or intravenous injection in cats. We observedtheir effects on blood flow and TXB_2/6-keto-pGF_(1α)ra-tio (T/ K ratio)in injured spinal cord and its adjacentregion(L_2~L_4)s after trauma. The results showed thatgray matter and white matter blood flow at L_2~L_4 segment significantly decreased T/K ratio elevated ev-idently in PAF group as compared with simple spinalcord injury group, while gray matter and white matterblood flow at L_2~L_4 segment significantly increased andT/K ratio markedly decreased in BN_(52021) group as com-pared with simple spinal cord injury group; The resultsdemonstrate and that PAF is an important factor lead-ing to spinal cord blood flow reduction after trauma,and that PAF receptor antagonist BN_(52021) can evidentlyimprove spinal cord blood flow and relieve secondarydamage after trauma.
