摘要
选用日本大耳白兔制做动脉粥样硬化模型,行血管成形术,采用核酸分子杂交技术对术后动脉壁平滑肌细胞(SMC)原癌基因的表达情况进行实验观察。结果表明:c-fos及c-mycmRNA在术后15min表达增加,分别在30min及2h达高峰,5h恢复到实验前的基础水平。提示:血管成形术后的早期有和细胞增殖分化关系密切的癌基因的异常表达;可能为血管成形术后SMC增殖的主要原因;可为基因治疗血管成形术后再狭窄提供理论依据。
Abstract Rabbit models of atherosclerosis were used for angioplasty. The level of expression of proto-oncogene of arterial smooth muscle cells (SMC)after angioplasty was studied. The results showed rapid and transient increase of both c-fos and c-myc mRNA following angioplasty (c-fos and c-myc mRNA peaked at 30 min and 2h after angioplasty , respectively)- This manifestation is important to study the molecular mechanism of restenosis following angioplasty
