急性重型脑损伤453例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 453 cases of acute severe head injuries

１９８８年３月至１９９３年１２月我院共收治急性重型颅脑损伤４５３例，占同期急性颅脑损伤２１８８例的２０．７％。本组４５３例中共死亡１９５例，总病死率为４３．１％；其中手术治疗３８７例（８５．４％），死亡１６４例，手术死亡率为４２．４％；非手术治疗６６例（１４．６％）死亡３１例，病死率为４７．０％。

Abstract From March 1988 to December 1993. 453cases of severe brain injury which possessed 20. 1 % of 2188 cases of acut craniocerebral injury were treated during the same period, after treatment. 195 cases died. the total mortality was 43. 1%. Among them, 164 cases died in the 387 operative cases, the operative mortality was 42. 4%, 31 cases died in the 66non-operative cases, the mortality was 47. 0%.
