摘要
在带血管神经移植修复脊髓损伤的基础上,研究了二步吻合技术对鼠带血管神经修复脊髓损伤的作用。结果表明:采用该技术后,第二神经。脊髓连接处疤痕减少,较多神经纤维跨过连接处进入脊髓组织。计量分析表明实验组再生有髓神经轴突的数目及占据面积均明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。二步切除第二神经。脊髓连接处疤痕组织和神经瘤后再吻合,清除了神经再生的障碍和阻力,有利于神经再生。本研究对脊髓损伤的修复增加了新手段。
Abstract On the basis of establishing a new adult rat model of vascularized nerve trunk autografted in the spinal cord, We first studied the effects of two-stage anastomosis technique on vascularized nerve implanted in rats spinal cord. The results showed that there were less scar tissue at the secondary grafted nerve-cord junction in experimental group. The morphometric studying of the regenerating myelinated axons with an electronic compuer system showed that the number and area in experimental group were significantly larger than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The authors believe that a resection of the scar tissue at the secondary grafted nerve-cord junction has gotten rid of the main obstacle to the advancement of the axonal sprouts and improved the regeneration.
