摘要 本文报导鹧鸪菜叶状体各种组织切段的再生,及切段位置、温度和海水比重对切段再生的影响。鹧鸪菜的再生能力很强,其叶状体切段在 N、P 海水中能迅速再生,产生多条假根和一至多个新叶片。各种切段再生都具有明显的上,下极性,边缘组织切段再生还有内、外极性。靠近藻体顶端的切段,再生速度和极性大于下部切段。切段再生速度很快,可以考虑用藻体切碎培养进行育苗,开展鹧鸪菜养殖,或者直接在室内人工条件下一年多次生产鹧鸪菜藻体或提取其有用物质。 This paper reports the regeneration of different thallus tissues fragments, the affection of fragment position, temperature and seawater density on the regeneration of the tissues. C. leprieurii is very powerful in regeneration. In N.P seawater, its different tissues all regenerate rapid- ly to form rhizoids and one or more new leaves. Regenerated leaves grew rapidly in peri dish.After having been cultured for 3—5 weeks with sea- water density of 1.005—1.015 and temperature of 20—25℃, the regener- ated leaves can grow to 0.3—1.0cm, some of them can form tetrasporic embryosac, few of them can maturate and release tetraspores. Clearlon- gitudinal Polarity would be observed on the regeneration of all fragments, and transverse polarity would also be observed on the edge tissue frag- ments.The regenerating speed of younger fragments are faster than older ones, and their regenerating polarity are clearer than older fragments, too. Within the temperature of 10—25℃ and seawater density of 1.005— 1.030, high temperature quickens the regenerating speed and the new leaves formation of midrid fragments, but high seawater density would inhib- it their cell division and slow down their regenerating speed. However, under ordinary condition, the regenerating or budding speed on all frag- ments is quite rapid. Utilizing this feature, we can get buds by the me- thods of blade fragmentation to develop the culture of C.leprieurii and produce them artifficially several times a year.
