将成型肝炎病毒(HEV)中国株结构区第二开放读码框架(ORF2)837bpcDNA片段插入pGEX1λT质粒中进行表达。经免疫吸印法证明,该质粒表达的融合蛋白具有识别抗-HEV的抗原表位,可用于制备抗-HEV检测试剂。
A 837 base cDNA fragment from the second open reading frame of the structual region of a Chinese HEV strain was inserted into the pGEX1λT expression plasmid.The Western blot assay indicated that the fusion protein expressed by this plasmid contains epitopes recongnized as anti-HEV antibodies.It demonstrates that this fusion protein is useful for the development of anti-HEV detection systems.
