摘要
动态观察轮状病毒胃肠炎患儿血浆中可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)水平的变化,以及轮状病毒(RV)浓度与SIL-2R,IL-2与SIL-2R水平之间的关系。结果显示:急性期患儿血浆中SIL-2R明显升高(516600±145000U/L),P<0.001),恢复期患儿血浆中SIL-2R接近正常(354.290±122000U/L,P>0.05);在RV抗原诱导下末梢血中单个核细胞可释放SIL-2R;RV浓度与SIL-2R水平呈负相关(r=-0.7019,P<0.05),IL-2水平与SIL-2R亦呈负相关(r=-0.6611,P<0.01)。提示:SIL-2R分泌增高可能是RV激活免疫细胞后的结果,可间接反映IL-2水平且与病情转归密切有关,是一种简易、快速、敏感的细胞免疫新指标。
We have dynamiclly observed the changes of SIL-2R serun of children with rotavirus gastroenteritis. Studies were also performed on the relation between rotavirus (RV) concentration and SIL-2R level and between levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and SIL-2R. The results showed that the level was significantly increased in acute stage (516.60±146 000U/L,P<0.001)and gradually decreased to normal in the recovery stage (354.29±122U/L); SIL-2R might be released by peripheral blood mononuclear cell while induced by RV; SIL-2 levels was negative correlated with RV concentration (r=-0.7019,P<0.05) and negatively correlated with IL-2 level (r=-0.6611,P<0.01). These data suggest that SIL-2R may be the product of immune cell activated by RV, it may indirectly reflect the level of IL-2 and affect the prognosis of the disease. We would like to conclude that SIL-2R is a simple,rapid and sensible new indicator of cell mediated immunity.
