Comparison of the Micro Cell Culture Test and the Plaque Assay for Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome Virus and its Neutralizing Antibody

对肾综合征出血热（ＨＦＲＳ）病毒的微量细胞培养法和空斑法进行了比较。４株ＨＦＲＳ病毒及３株特异性ＭｃＡｂ的测定结果表明，微量细胞培养法测得的病毒滴度高于空斑法，但后者检测ＭｃＡｂ的中和效价却高于前者。

Comparison of the micro cell culture test and the plaque assay was carried out by measuring titer of 4 strains of HFRS virus and detecting 3 neutralizing McAbs against HFRS virus. It showed that the virus titers measured by the micro cell culture test was higher than that measured by plaqus assay, but the titers of neutralizing McAb detected by the plaque reduction neutralization test was much higher than that detected by the micro cell culture test. The above result was discussed and it was thought that each of the two tests had its own advantage in practical use.
