摘要
通过建立家兔感染单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎模型,用电镜方法研究1型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-1)在兔眼角膜各层细胞内发生、繁殖和致病特点,研究机体对HSV-1感染作出的保护性反应。发现角膜固有层中的成纤维细胞是易感细胞,是HSV-1繁殖的主要场所,致病的根本原因是病毒感染后成纤维细胞受到裂解破坏。机体作出的保护性反应是大量淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞和有粒白细胞进入角膜各层中,其来源是角膜缘处深入角膜的毛细血管。并提出外来细胞也存在由房水进入角膜的可能性。
By means of setting up a viral corneitis model in rabbits with HSV, we studied the development reproduction and the pethogenic characteristics of HSV-1 in each layer or cornea in the rabbits with electron microscopic method and the protective reaction of organism against the HSV-1 infection. We found that fibroblasts served as the sensitively infected cells in substantia propria of cornea and the mair site of multiplication of HSV-1. The principal pathogenic factor was the decomposition of fibroblasts after infection. The protective reaction of the organism was a lot of lymphocytes, macrophages and granulocytes that infiltrated into the cornea from the edge of the cornea via capillaries and the extrinsic cells invaded the cornea through aqueous humer probably.
