间皮细胞种植人造血管静脉移植的研究 被引量:1

An preliminary experimentation on mesothellial cells seeding vascular prothesis for venous implantation

摘要 采用腹膜间皮细胞,种植涤纶人造血管,行狗股浅静脉移植。结果表明,间皮细胞种植的人造血管内壁能形成一层完整的、具有抗血栓形成的活性生物内膜,提高了人造血管通畅率。腹膜间皮细胞来源容易,取材方便,操作简单,整个种植过程能在一期手术中完成,临床实用价值较大。 Mesothelial and endothelial cells, produc-tors of antithrombotic agents, play mojor role in keeping vascular patency. In this study, mesothelial cells collected from trypsin digestion of canine omentum, were seeded on 5 mm villous Dacron vascular prothesis. 6 seeded graft and 6 controls were implanted on the superficial femoral vein complemented by a dis- tal AV fistula. Each dog received a seeded graft on one side and a control to another. The implants were exteriorized 7 and 14 days following implantation for examination. In experimental group with a 66.6% patency rate, SEM revealed a layer of squamous cells orderly merged each other on the inner surface, TEM disclosed microvilli squamous cells but no Weibel-Palade body inside. In control with a 33. 3% patency rate, the inner wall of the graft was covered with a thick irregular thro-mobotic intima without cells lining. Preparation of mesothelial cells seeding graft can be done in one stage operation.
