促吞噬肽对胃癌病人NK细胞活性的影响

Effect of tuftsin on NK activity in gastriccancer patients.

通过检测胃癌病人外周血ＮＫ活性和促吞噬肽（Ｔｕｆｔｓｉｎ）水平及其相互作用，观察癌症进展对促吞噬肽产生的影响，以及促吞噬肽对ＮＫ活性的调节作用，结果显示：随着胃癌进展，病人的ＮＫ活性及促吞噬肽水平均明显下降，而促吞噬肽可明显提高癌症病人ＮＫ细胞的杀瘤活性。提示促吞噬肽是一种有前途的免疫调节剂，可望用于肿瘤的免疫治疗。

Effect of cancer stage on production oftuftsin and regulation of tuftsin on NK activi-ty have been studied by means of testing NKactivity and tuftsin level of peripheral bloodand the action of tuftsin on NK activity in gas-tric cancer patients.The results showed thatNK activity and tuftsin level of gastric cancerpatients decreased singnificantly with the can-cer stage,Tuftsin could singnificantly enhancekilling tumor activity of NK cells from gastriccancer patients.From the above it can be seenthat tuftsin may be a potential immunologicalregulator in tumor immunotherapy.
