胰腺假性囊肿动物模型及序贯式外、内引流术远期效果

Experimental production of pancreaticPseudocysts with Preliminary Observation onSequential external and Internal drainage

按二步法原则，先把涂有化学物质的乳胶囊置于小网膜囊内；８周后有纤维包囊形成时，再取出乳胶囊，把胰腺下支中间切断，两断端均植入此纤维包囊内，并把下支胰管汇入主胰管处结扎，成功地制作了犬的胰腺假性囊肿模型。再行序贯式外、内引流术，３～９个月后囊腔均已闭合，无复发，无胃溃疡，表明远期效果满意。

According to two stage proadures,a bagfilled with gauze and sprayed with tetracyclinesolution was placed in the lesser sac.Eightweeks later,the bag was removed and a fi-brous cavity is formed.Then,right lobe of thepaucreas was transected,and both cut endswere implanted into the fibrous cavity,andright branck of the pancreatic duct was ob-structed,resulting in pancreatic pseudocyst.The drainage was performed with sequentialexternal and internal drainage.The cysts wereobliterated after 3～9 months,without re-curence and gastric ulcer,showing good longterm effect.
