不同能量体外冲击波冲击兔肾近期病理损伤与尿r-谷氨酰转肽酶的对应变化

Study on urinary r-GT activity andhistopathologic effect of extracorporeal shockwave on rabbit kidney

摘要 选用健康雄性家兔23只,用E_2型碎石机冲击波轰击右肾,不同能量冲击波冲击后,兔肾近期病理损伤与冲击能量成正比。肾小管空泡变性、坏死较被膜下血肿或肾小球出血更明显地引起尿rGT活性增高。尿rGT/肌酐比值及尿rGT%两种报告方式均能相应反映肾损伤的轻重。以rGT/肌酐比值较灵敏,阳性率与病理符合率也高。此法可取一次尿5ml检测,方便、及时、准确。对门诊随诊或实验研究尤为方便。 The temporary renal histopathologic ef- fect by ESWL with different energy and its re-spective changes of urinary r-glutamyl-transpeptidase(r-GT) activity was reported. The latter was expressed in r-GT/Cr ratio andr-GT%two report forms. The intensity of tis-sue injury was parallel with the energy ofESWL used.(50 or 100 joules)Urinary r-GTincreased more prominartly in rabbit withdamage such as tubular vacuolation and necro-sis than that with subcapsular hematoma andglomerular hemorrhage. Our result showedboth r-GT/Cr and r-GT%two report formscould reflect the early renal damage,but r-GT/Cr ratio appeard more sensitively and cor-responded more coincidently.
