全脾切除后IgM减少与促吞噬肽降低及淋巴细胞亚群改变的关系和意义 被引量:10

Relationship of IgM Reduction with De-crease of Tuftsin and T and B iymphocyte Sub-sets in Parients after Total Splenectomy

摘要 检测因脾外伤而切除全脾的病人外周血T、B淋巴细胞亚群及促吞噬肽(Tuftsin)和IgM水平,以及T、B淋巴细胞亚群和Tuitsin对B淋巴细胞合成免疫球蛋白能力的影响。结果显示:全脾切除后IgM的减少与CD21 ̄+B细胞及Tuftsin减少有直接关系,尤其与CD21 ̄+B细胞减少有关;而CD8 ̄+T细胞的减少使B细胞受抑制程度减轻,有利于B细胞合成IgM能力的代偿。 .In this paper. subsets of T and B lympho-cyte and level of tuftsin and IgM from periph-eral blood have been examined in patients re-ceiving total splenectomy due to trauma. Ef-fects of tuftsin and subsets of T and B Iym-phocyte on synthesis of IgM by B Iymphocytes from the patients were also investigated. Theresults showed that the decrease ofIgM after total splenectomy was associated with reduc-tion of tuftsin, especially with reduction of CD21+B Iymphocytes. The reduction of CD8 +T Iymphocytes after total splenectomy de-creased the of B Iymphocytes. which would be beneficial to compensation of IgM synthesis byB lymphocytes.
