摘要
在离体做功模型上观察单低温10~15℃与低温加ThomasⅡ号心停搏液单剂和多剂灌注对3周龄兔全心缺血再灌注的作用。结果发现单剂组较低温组和多剂组心肌线粒体丙二醛,心肌和冠脉引流液内皮素含量降低,冠脉引流液一氧化氮含量增加,再灌流微血管开放良好,内皮细胞超微结构损伤减轻,心输出量恢复优于二组。多剂组与低温组组上述改变相似。提示局部低温加Thomas液单剂灌注对未成熟兔心冠脉微循环结构和功能的保护作用优于单低温,而多剂组则未见增加。
To examine the protective effect of topi-cal cooling alone(10℃─15℃ ),
single-dosecardioplegia(St. Thomas Hospital Ⅱsolution ) plus cooling and multiple-dose
car-dioplegia plus cooling on coronary microcircu-lation,we used an isolated working heart
mod-el from 3-week-old rabbit heart. Afte globalischemia and following re-perfusion,
molondi-adehyde(MDA)of myocardial mitochondria,endothelin(ET)of myocardium and
coronaryeffluent were decreased and nitric oxide(NO)of coronary effluent and the numbers of
re-opening microvascular vessels were increased,the microvascular endothelia
ultrastructurewas damaged slight in single-dose cardioplegiaplus cooling group and the
recovery of cardiacoutput was better than the other groups.Nodifference between topical cooling
alone andmultiple-does cardioplegia plus cooling wasfound. This showed singledose
cardioplegiaplus cooling produced offers better protectionto the structure and function of
coronary mi-crocirculation than topical cooling alone in im-mature rabbits. Multiple-dose
cardioplegiaplus cooling did not have any protective ef-fect.
